Endocrine therapy is to use hormone-like drugs to combat cancer cells with oestrogen or progesterone receptors. These include tamoxifen, aromatase inhibitors, hormone down-regulators. Again, not all patients are suitable. They should discuss with their doctor on its appropriateness.
